Our English programme has 16 levels, each a one-month course of 30 hours, and three levels make up one international level of 90 hours. Each Spoken Arabic level runs for one month (20 hours) or three months (60 hours). For our other courses, contact us for details.

Groups start once they are full and according to the approved schedule. Contact us for the nearest start date for your level.

Morning and evening groups are arranged within our opening hours, Saturday to Thursday from 10 am to 9 pm, depending on demand and the availability of teachers and classrooms.

Yes. Every student takes a placement test before registering, so you start at the right level, and we then recommend the group that suits you. Ask us whether the test is free under the current offer.

It varies by type of group and department. Ask our registration team for the maximum class size of the group you will join.

A certificate of completion can be issued according to the programme's attendance and pass requirements. In English, the certificate for an international level (A1, A2, B1 and so on) is awarded when you complete all 90 hours of that level. Please confirm the type of certificate before you register.

Private one-to-one lessons are available and planned around your level, goals and schedule. Classes are held in person at our institute in Deira; ask us whether an online option is available for the course you want.

Yes. Our courses are accredited by Dubai's Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) and the UAE Ministry of Education. The institute was established in 1969 as the first educational institute in Dubai, and holds the first licence from the KHDA and the Ministry of Education.

Our main programs are English courses at beginner, intermediate and advanced level, plus specialised English courses: conversation, Business English, IELTS preparation, Junior English for children, private lessons, corporate training and intensive courses. We also teach Arabic for non-native speakers: Standard Spoken Arabic from beginner to advanced, plus classical Arabic, Arabic for business and Arabic for children, as well as French, Spanish, German and Italian, and offer Microsoft Office computer courses.
